Sharp poin screws for hinges
PVC ECOLINE screws for hinges of diameter 4,1 mm guarantee high parameters
of tear out force, specially designed tip of the screw enables extremely quick screwing
into PVC profile. Additionally new design of the head shape helps to avoid assembling
mistakes. Under the head there are 8 little braking nibs.
PVC ECOLINE screws are produced in white zinc plated version with anti corrosion resistance of
class 3 according to norm EN 1670, EN 1906. Also for special customers order those screws
can be produce in SC version (Special Coating) with anti corrosion resistance of class 4 according
to norm EN 1670, EN 1906.
On every head of our PVC Ecoline screws there is a punch "A T" which is helpful to recognise original product of ASTRA TRADE.
All products of PVC Ecoline screws are packed into aesthetics and recycle boxes "ASTRA TRADE - High Quality"
Our labels enables to recognise specific type of screws either for reinforcements or for hinges use, type of bit, amount of screws in the box and dimension. Also under the dimension you will be always able to find production part number.
PVC Ecoline screws are packed 1000 pcs. or 500 pcs. into each box depenting on dimension.
